Reduced Fee Listing

Instead of paying an agent to sell your current home, buy a beautiful new build with Dan and he will waive his fees to sell your existing home! Dan Stafford Group offers their full marketing and listing real estate services at no cost to you!

Guaranteed Sold

Eliminate uncertainty in an ever-changing market! Before your home is even listed, Dan Stafford Group will guarantee to get your home under contract at or above your agreed on purchase price by a particular date in writing,* or Dan will buy it himself!

Upon receipt of your contact information and address, Dan Stafford Group will provide a no obligation estimate, including anticipated closing expenses. If you accept, Dan Stafford Group will purchase your home the day before you close on your new home.

* Not every home will qualify for the Guaranteed Sold! program, and minimum marketing time may be required prior to Dan Stafford Group’s purchase of your home.

Bridge Loan

Use our Bridge Loan option to purchase your new home, allowing you to sell your existing home for 100% of market value, plus you get the savings of our popular Reduced Fee Listing program.

A Bridge Loan* is ideal for our clients who want to purchase their new home now instead of waiting until their existing home has sold, or for those who want to avoid the cost and aggravation of moving twice.

Qualifying for a Bridge Loan may also alleviate the need for a contingency on your new home purchase agreement. Give us a call to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of a contingency.

An alternative for those who qualify, is our Home Equity Line of Credit program. This program will not impact your builder’s lender related incentives.

Keep it, Lease it!

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning investment property, you may be living in your first rental house! Let Dan Stafford Group show you how to rent your existing home and even guarantee 95% of the monthly rent until it is leased.

In addition, Dan Stafford Group will market your home for lease at no cost, review all prospective tenant applications, and help you select your first tenant!

As an additional benefit, should you decide owning investment property is not for you, Dan Stafford Group will honor our Reduced Fee Listing program for up to 5 years from the date of your new home closing.

Lease Buy Out

If you currently rent a home or apartment and have a lease you’re committed to for several more months… No worries! Dan Stafford Group will buy out your lease!

All we need to get started is a copy of your lease agreement. Send Dan your current lease agreement below. Upon receipt, he’ll review and get back with you to let you know what you qualify for!

When approved, Dan Stafford Group will agree, in writing, to assume all ongoing responsibilities of your lease from the closing date of our new home.
